SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Methods & Rates
Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders of $30 or more.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is Fedex. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed.
Please note at this time we are only shipping within the continental U.S. If you are enquiring from Hawaii or Alaska, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Terms of Shipping + Delivery
Any lost package is the responsibility of Fedex and any complaints or claims should be directed to Fedex. California Naturals is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from Fedex. If a package is marked as "Delivered", but you do not receive your product, you must contact Fedex and file a claim with them.
We do not ship to APO Boxes, PO Boxes, or military addresses.
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm the shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
Report Other Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have other concerns, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

At California Naturals, we want to ensure you are stoked with every product you purchase. If you've tried your products within 30 days of receiving and that's not the case, contact us at email@example.com and we'll offer a refund to make things right.
What do you do with your product? Gift it. Donate it. Recycle it. It's up to you!
If you buy California Naturals products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.

Yup, BUT please note that our manufacturing facilities are not gluten-free certified. With an allergy, we always best recommend consulting with your health physician before starting any new products.

What is Phenoxyethanol?
We all know that feeling when you go to grab that organic produce from the fridge and even though it feels like you bought it a second ago, that once vibrant produce has spoiled. Without a bit of help from a preservative, this would also happen to your haircare and skincare products. That's why we have chosen to use less than 1% of the the preservative known as Phenoxyethanol to help keep harmful mold and bacteria from growing in your products.
